Description

A ten year old boy, Purty and his sister (7) from Raitonai Shantipur village in Khunti district of Jharkhand were trafficked by a pimp from nearby village while they were returning from school.


After the parents reported the incident to the Police who had no interest in the incident, they informed and seek the helped of EFIC@R.


EFIC@R directly approached the S.P who ordered the Police to go through the case. Through the joint investigation of the Police and EFICAR, the Pimp was arrested. The children were safely returned to their parents on 10th April, 2015 under the protection a strong security force. They are now rehabilitated by EFIC@R with the best facilities available.
